Terms of sale
These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationships between Elena Valisi, a French micro-entrepreneur (SIRET no. 93470206900014), with registered office at 12 rue Albert Roussel, 75017 Paris, France (hereinafter, the "Practitioner"), and any person who books a treatment (hereinafter, the "Client") on the website www.elena-kobido.com or through any other means. Any booking implies the full and complete acceptance of these general terms of sale.
The treatments offered are Kobido wellbeing, relaxation and aesthetic services.
- No medical purpose: These treatments have no medical or therapeutic purpose and in no case substitute a medical examination nor physiotherapy procedures. No diagnosis is made.
- Best-efforts obligation: The Practitioner undertakes to apply all her know-how to the delivery of the treatment. However, as these are aesthetic and wellbeing treatments, no specific result can be guaranteed.
The Client undertakes to inform the Practitioner of any particular health condition before the start of the treatment. Treatments are strictly inadvisable, save for contrary medical opinion, in case of:
- Fever, acute infection, wounds, lesions or active or inflammatory skin conditions.
- Recent injections (Botox, hyaluronic acid) of less than 4 weeks.
- Recent or major facial surgery.
- Serious vascular disorders or cancer currently being treated.
Pregnancy: Kobido can usually be adapted during pregnancy. The Client undertakes to inform the Practitioner at the time of booking so that the treatment can be tailored appropriately. In case of high-risk pregnancy or specific medical guidance, the Client is invited to seek prior advice from their doctor or midwife.
The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse the session if the Client's condition appears incompatible with the treatments. In case of omission by the Client regarding their state of health, the Practitioner may not be held liable.
Appointments are booked through the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, by phone or any other means agreed between the Client and the Practitioner.
Any cancellation or request for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Beyond this period, or in the event of no-show, the session is considered due and will not give rise to any refund.
In case of lateness by the Client, the session may be shortened in order not to penalise subsequent appointments, the amount of the service remaining unchanged.
Gift cards and packages have a validity of 9 months from the date of purchase. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Beyond this period, the service is considered lost.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, for any purchase of a gift card or package made remotely (website), the Client has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. However, if the treatment is performed in whole or in part (in particular for a package) before the end of this period at the Client's request, the Client expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
The Practitioner undertakes to carry out treatments in rigorous hygiene conditions, with professionalism and in respect of the confidentiality of exchanges. For their part, the Client undertakes to adopt a correct and respectful attitude. Any inappropriate behaviour, verbal or physical, or any request falling outside the strict framework of the wellbeing treatment, will result in the immediate termination of the session. Full payment will remain due and the Practitioner reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
The information collected at the time of booking is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy section accessible on this website. It is necessary for the management of appointments and the safety of the treatment.
These general terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. To this end, the Client is invited to first send me a written complaint.
Failing a satisfactory response within two months, the Client may have free recourse to the consumer mediator to which Elena Kobido is affiliated:
CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 Rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France –
The request for mediation must be submitted within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional..
